SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Currently we offer only one shipping option with a 3-5 day turn around. You should receive your order within 5 days of purchase.
Please note that we are unable to change delivery addresses once orders have been placed through our online store. However, if you do have any issues please contact us at obsessivelows@gmail.com.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK. Any purchases made outside of the UK will be refunded.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you confirmation via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We can only except refunds if there is a fault with your product.
If your product is found to be faulty, we are happy for this to be sent back for an immediate exchange.
